Wet type spray booth is designed to improve paint finishing to international standards and to meet the ever increasing need to protect environment. Our technical expertise and association with our international partners has culminated into high performance and energy efficient solutions. Wet spray booth works on the principal of continuous recycling of water running down from the spray booth on a stainless steel curtain. The overspray paints and lacquers are trapped in the water by powerful extraction created by the centrifugal fans.
The special feature of this spray booth is the secondary filtering system consisting of water wash nozzles kept in the rear side of the curtain to scrub paint from the air and then passed through a mist eliminator to remove moisture. The spray booth I also offered with enclosures all around and aided with air make up system to balance the exhaust air and pressurize the enclosed space to maintain a dust free environment.
The dry spray booths are used for these applications which involve spray painting at low volumes. They are highly economical than other spray booths as they have disposable filters with corrugations an perforations which ensure the impure air pass through after striking the filter wall at least four times. Our dry spray booths are used in diverse manufacturing sectors especially in wood working, finishing line in all manufacturing firms etc. Our products are known for their quality and high performance as well as long service life with less maintenance.
Dry Spray booths consists of replaceable special filters which absorbs the paint particles during the extraction by fans with high retention capacity. These paper filters have to be replaced after it gets choked and the cost of replacement is also very economical. Replacement of disposable filters take only a few minutes and ensures a healthy and suitable working conditions.
An air purifier or air cleaner is a device which removes contaminants from the air in a room. These devices are manufactured as small stand-alone units. We have two standard sizes available.

An Air Handling Unit (AHU) is used to condition and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning system. The basic function of the AHU is take in outside air, condition it and supply fresh air to a building. All exhaust air is discharged, which secures an acceptable indoor air quality. Depending on the required temperature of the conditioned air, the fresh air is either heated by a recovery unit or heating coil, or cooled by a cooling coil. In buildings, where the hygienic requirements for air quality are lower, some of the air from the rooms can be re-circulated by a mixing chamber, and result in significant energy savings. A mixing chamber has dampers for controlling the ratio between the return, outside, and exhaust air.
